Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment. Customers are advised to carefully verify their booking details at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

✅ Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

⚠️ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to partial charges.

❌ Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🔄 The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed with the customer.

4. Changes to Booking

📅 Customers can request changes to their booking (date or time) based on availability.

💵 Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

5. Driver and Service Conditions

In rare situations where service becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.
